Program
The program is designed for all ages and levels of sculling. At the end of the program, beginners will have a thorough understanding of the sport and be very comfortable in a shell, and the more experienced scullers will reach new levels of understanding and proficiency.
The program is designed to give each sculler a thorough understanding of the basics of sculling technique. Everyone, from beginner to expert, and all ages, will make great strides in their sculling while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Videotape will be used to help in the process.
